Production Equipment
1.Synwin company covers an area of roughly 80,000 square meters.
2. There are 2 workshops with an monthly production amount 30,000 pieces, that's 50x40HQ containers.
3.We also produce the bonnell and pocket springs,now there are 42 pocket spring machines with 60,000pcs monthly,and totally two factories like that.
4. Sleep experience center over 1600 square meters. Display mattresses models over 100pcs.
Production Market
Over 90% of our products are exported to Europe, the Americas, Australia and other parts of the world. We supply mattress components to Serta, Sealy, Kingkoil, Slumberland and other famous international mattress brands. Synwin can produce pocket spring mattress, bonnell spring mattress, continuous spring mattress, memory foam mattress, foam mattress and latex mattress etc.
